The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working with young people in an educational, pastoral, or support-based setting

• Build positive and professional relationships with students, staff, and parents

• Demonstrate strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

• Remain calm, resilient, and adaptable in a busy school environment
