About the Role:
- Delivering engaging Media Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5
- Encouraging students to analyse, evaluate, and create a range of media products
- Supporting learners with coursework, controlled assessments, and exam preparation
- Developing students' understanding of media industries, audiences, and representation
- Differentiating learning to ensure progress for students of all abilities
- Working collaboratively within a creative and well-resourced department
We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent, or an experienced unqualified Media specialist
- A strong passion for media, film, television, and digital culture
- Ability to deliver engaging, thought-provoking lessons that inspire creativity
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting student achievement and inclusive education
- ECTs are welcome - full mentoring and support will be provided
