About the Role:

  • Delivering engaging Media Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5
  • Encouraging students to analyse, evaluate, and create a range of media products
  • Supporting learners with coursework, controlled assessments, and exam preparation
  • Developing students' understanding of media industries, audiences, and representation
  • Differentiating learning to ensure progress for students of all abilities
  • Working collaboratively within a creative and well-resourced department

We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent, or an experienced unqualified Media specialist
  • A strong passion for media, film, television, and digital culture
  • Ability to deliver engaging, thought-provoking lessons that inspire creativity
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Commitment to supporting student achievement and inclusive education
  • ECTs are welcome - full mentoring and support will be provided
