The Role:

  • Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5.

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire learners of all abilities.

  • Monitor, assess and track student progress, providing effective feedback to support achievement.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and the development of the Maths department.

  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and student engagement.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Experience teaching Mathematics within a UK secondary school setting.

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics education.

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student success.

  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
