The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to support students both inside and outside the classroom. You will help create a positive learning environment, provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, and contribute to students' academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

  • Working with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning.

  • Assisting with classroom preparation and resource management.

  • Supporting pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting student engagement.

  • Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare, coaching, or support setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.

  • A genuine passion for education and student success.
