The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across your subject area.

• Work with small groups and individual students to enhance learning outcomes.

• Help students build confidence, motivation, and academic progress.

• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.

• Gain first-hand experience of school life and teaching practice.

• Develop the skills and experience required for teacher training applications.

What We're Looking For

• A degree qualification (2:2 or above preferred).

• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive, resilient, and proactive attitude.

• The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.

• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
