We are currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Kettering that is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join their team. The Role

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum

  • Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups to support learning and progress

  • Assisting children with additional learning needs, including SEND, where required

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence, and engagement in learning

  • Supporting behaviour management and promoting positive relationships throughout the school

  • Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and displays

  • Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

✔ Has experience working with children through education, childcare, sports coaching, youth work, tutoring, or care settings (desirable but not essential)

✔ Is committed to supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and development
