The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience working with children or young people, preferably within a school setting.

• The ability to build effective relationships with students and staff.

• A genuine passion for supporting young people in their learning and development.

• Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or support work are desirable but not essential.
