We are working with a variety of mainstream schools, specialist provisions and Alternative Provisions that are seeking experienced therapists to help pupils overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine impact on the lives of children and young people with a range of communication needs. You'll work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, pastoral teams and families to assess, plan and deliver targeted interventions that support pupils both academically and socially.

- Provide guidance and training to school staff to support communication-friendly classrooms.
- Monitor progress and adapt interventions to achieve the best possible outcomes for each pupil.
- Promote confidence, independence and inclusion for every learner.
The Ideal Candidate
- A qualified Speech and Language Therapist with relevant professional registration.
- Previous experience working with children and young people is essential.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN, including autism, speech and language disorders and complex communication needs.
