As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons using plans provided by the class teacher or school

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom where pupils feel supported to learn

  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning throughout the school day

  • Adapt confidently to different year groups, classrooms, and school environments

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders

  • Leave clear feedback for the class teacher at the end of each placement

We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from candidates who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Have experience teaching within UK primary schools

  • Are confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

  • Can quickly establish positive classroom routines and manage behaviour effectively

  • Are reliable, adaptable, and passionate about helping children succeed

  • Enjoy working in a variety of school settings and becoming part of different school communities
