September Start | Full-Time | Up to £130 per day PAYE

The Role

  • Deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum
  • Plan and prepare appropriate learning activities
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Support pupils with their academic and personal development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
  • Create a positive, inclusive and well-structured classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working with children or young people
  • Confident communicating with pupils and staff
  • Able to establish positive relationships with students
  • Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management skills
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to supporting pupil progress
  • A genuine interest in developing a career within education
