We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Kettering that is seeking an enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
The school is ideally looking for a teacher to join on a permanent basis, although long-term supply will also be considered. Both full-time and part-time morning-only options are available, making this an excellent opportunity for teachers looking for either a full teaching commitment or greater flexibility.
Role Highlights
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can succeed.
- Support pupils' academic progress alongside their social and emotional development.

- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing effective feedback to support development.

- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, trips, and events.
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
- A nurturing, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to raising pupil attainment and supporting the development of the whole child.
- A collaborative and positive approach to working with pupils, colleagues, and families.
ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply, with full support and mentoring available.
