Teaching Assistant - Kettering

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Kettering area.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom to help them engage with learning.

  • Working with small groups and individual students who require additional support.

  • Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and learning activities.

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

  • Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and educational needs.

  • Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people, either in a school or similar setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A patient, caring and proactive approach.

  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed.

  • A willingness to learn and develop within an educational environment.
