Position: Music Tutor
Location: Islington, London
Pay Rate: £110 - £130 per day
Working Hours: 2 days per week 8:30 - 4pm (Thursday and Friday)
Start Date: 5/11/2026
Contract Type: Part Time Contract
About The Role
We are seeking an empathetic, creative and passionate Music Tutor to help support and deliver Music Lessons within an SEN School in Islington. You will be working with Secondary aged children and young people with SEMH needs and complex behavioural needs.
Music plays a transformative role in these students educational and emotional development. In this role you will support and engage the pupils in Music lessons whilst helping to build themselves with confidence and high self-esteem. You will also plan adn resource for the delivery of safe and structured learning.

Requirements
- Proven background in Music or Teaching Music
- Ability to play an intrument
- Resiliant and committed
- Passionate about supporting students with SEN
An enhanced DBS is required.
