A secondary school based in Hounslow, West London, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced English Teacher to join their team from November 2026. The school requires a committed teacher with a minimum of two years' experience teaching English in a secondary school setting. The successful candidate will be confident teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, delivering engaging lessons that develop students' reading, writing, analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications and Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• A relevant degree in English or a related subject.

• Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature.

• Experience preparing students for GCSE and post-16 assessments.

• Excellent classroom management and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
