Pay: Competitive daily rates, paid weekly through PAYE
The Opportunity
Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers for daily supply work across Ealing, with opportunities available immediately.
We work with a wide network of primary schools across the borough, including Ealing, Acton, Greenford, Hanwell, Southall, Northolt and Perivale. With regular demand for day-to-day cover, we are looking for reliable teachers who are available to support schools with planned and emergency staff absence.
Whether you are looking for a few days each week, regular work or the flexibility to choose when you work, we can offer assignments to suit your availability.
We welcome applications from experienced teachers, ECTs and teachers returning to the classroom.
The Schools and Assignments
Our partner schools include two, three and four-form entry primary settings, offering opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Daily supply assignments can involve:
Covering classes across Reception to Year 6.
Delivering pre-planned lessons and following the school's timetable.
Maintaining positive behaviour and classroom expectations.
Supporting pupils' learning and ensuring continuity during teacher absence.
Working alongside teaching assistants and school staff.
Providing feedback to the school at the end of the day.
You can let us know your preferred year groups, locations and availability so we can match you with suitable bookings.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
Confidence managing a classroom and adapting to different school environments.
Good knowledge of the primary National Curriculum.
A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.
