Tradewind Recruitment is urgently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants, Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) and Learning Support Staff for a variety of opportunities across Watford, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans and the surrounding Hertfordshire areas.

We are specifically looking for experienced support staff to work across a range of mainstream primary schools, specialist SEN schools and Alternative Provision settings.

Opportunities include daily supply bookings, part-time work and longer-term block placements on a temporary basis. We are particularly keen to hear from CACHE Level 3 and Level 4 qualified Teaching Assistants who are available for immediate starts.

Who Are We Looking For?

• CACHE Level 3 and Level 4 qualified Teaching Assistants.

• Experienced Teaching Assistants, LSAs and Learning Support Practitioners.

• Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs).

• Support staff with experience working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

• Candidates with experience supporting pupils with SEN, special educational needs and SEMH.

• Experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and Global Developmental Delay would be a particular advantage.

• Confident and adaptable practitioners with strong behaviour management skills.

• Reliable, flexible individuals available for immediate starts.
