Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a primary setting in Bolton from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term role supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. Key Duties:
Support pupils individually or in small groups, working closely with class teachers.
Assist with planning, resource preparation, and supporting classroom delivery.
Work with children with SEND or those with EHCPs, particularly in areas like emotional regulation, behaviour, and communication.
Help maintain a safe, nurturing, inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported.
Monitor progress and feed back to teachers; help adapt interventions when needed.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
Level 3 qualification (Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent).
Previous experience working in a primary school environment.
Comfort with a variety of learners, including those with special educational needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.
Enhanced DBS, or willingness to acquire one; eligibility to work in the UK.
