💰 Pay: £95 per day (increasing to £113 after 12 weeks)

Known for its inclusive, nurturing, and creative approach, this school gives children a rich early years experience - including their very own Forest School, where children spend a lot of time learning outdoors through hands-on exploration and play.
🌿 Your Role
As a valued member of the Reception team, you will:
Support small-group and whole-class activities across the EYFS curriculum
Deliver phonics and early reading sessions
Provide 1:1 or small-group support for children with additional needs
Assist with personal care when needed
Encourage curiosity, independence, and confidence in children
Spend significant time outdoors supporting Forest School and practical, nature-based learning
Collaborate with a creative, experienced Early Years team committed to inclusion
👩🏫 About You
Proven experience in EYFS or Reception settings
Confident delivering phonics and early learning interventions
Enthusiastic, patient, and child-centred
Comfortable supporting children with personal care when needed
Flexible, proactive, and a team player who thrives in a dynamic, outdoor-focused environment
