About the Role
As the Health & Beauty Lead, you will take ownership of developing and delivering a dynamic programme that supports students' personal development, wellbeing, and employability skills. You will create hands-on learning opportunities within areas such as personal care, health and wellbeing, hair and beauty routines, and customer-service-based skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver accessible, engaging lessons tailored to a range of learning needs

• Develop a safe, supportive, and aspirational vocational environment

• Lead small groups of students through practical tasks and accredited pathways

• Collaborate with colleagues to promote independence, confidence, and life skills

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, classroom management, and professional practice

Requirements

• Experience in health, beauty, wellbeing, or a related vocational field

• A passion for supporting students with SEND

• Creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Teaching or training experience is beneficial but not essential
