Experience in care, residential services, mental health, SEN, youth work, or similar fields is highly transferable and valued within schools.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Supporting pupils with emotional, behavioural, and learning needs

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation

  • Developing trusting, consistent relationships with students

  • Assisting teachers during lessons and classroom activities

  • Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

  • Have experience in support work, care, mental health, SEN, youth work, or related sectors

  • Are willing to complete an enhanced DBS check
