SEN Learning Support Assistant - Oldham
Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or a graduate with an interest in pursuing a career in teaching, based in a welcoming 2-form entry Primary School in Oldham. This is a full-time role for candidates who are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and making a real difference in the classroom.

The Role
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, working closely with the class teacher to tailor lessons and learning activities to meet individual needs. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team and gain valuable experience in a school that is committed to inclusion.

What We're Looking For
Experience working with children with SEN, or a strong desire to do so
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education, with a view to teacher training
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage pupils with diverse learning needs
A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting students and staff

Experience supporting SEN pupils, ideally within a mainstream school
