Teaching Assistant - SEND Unit (Hyde, Stockport)

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a supportive primary school in the Hyde area of Stockport who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within their SEND Unit.

The role includes:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis

  • Assisting with tailored learning programmes

  • Supporting children with a range of SEND needs

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous SEND experience (preferred)

  • A calm, patient, and nurturing approach

  • Strong communication skills

  • A passion for supporting children with additional needs
