A small, high-performing all-through secondary setting based in Feltham, Hounslow is seeking a Maths Teacher to join their team from January.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a close-knit, high-achieving environment where staff know pupils exceptionally well and are deeply committed to ensuring that every young person can achieve their full potential. The Maths Department is a strong and collaborative team that values research-informed practice, reflection, and thoughtful curriculum design. Applications are welcome from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

The school is a co-educational, non-denominational, all-through free school for students aged 4-18, with small year groups of approximately 60 pupils. This structure allows staff to support students both academically and personally, ensuring no child is left behind.

Maths Teacher - Feltham, Hounslow

* Deliver high-quality Maths teaching across Key Stages, ensuring students are challenged and supported to achieve strong outcomes
* Teach across a well-designed curriculum including Edexcel GCSE Mathematics, Level 2 Further Maths, A Level Mathematics, and A Level Further Mathematics
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where students feel confident, motivated, and supported
* Work collaboratively within a reflective and research-informed department
* Embrace the school's ethos, contributing to a community focused on opportunity, aspiration, and success for all students

Qualifications and Person Specification:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS (ECTs welcome)
* A relevant degree
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths
* Commitment to student progress and inclusive education
* Positive, reflective, and collaborative approach to teaching
