Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to work in secondary schools in Wellingborough and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher looking for flexible supply work, long-term placements, or a pathway to a permanent position.

About the role

You will be delivering engaging Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting students of varying abilities and maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement. Roles may include day-to-day supply, long-term cover, or full-time positions depending on your availability.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons

  • Differentiate work to support all learners

  • Maintain strong classroom behaviour management

  • Mark and assess work where required

  • Follow school policies and procedures

  • Contribute to a positive learning environment

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Maths at secondary level

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Flexible, reliable, and professional approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
