Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)

About the Role
- Lead and teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential KS5 involvement
- Take responsibility for curriculum design, sequencing, and implementation within Mathematics
- Analyse data to drive progress, intervention strategies, and improved attainment outcomes
- Support the development and coaching of teaching staff within the department
- Contribute to departmental planning, assessment frameworks, and improvement strategies
- Promote a love of Mathematics through engaging, ambitious, and inclusive teaching
- Work closely with senior leaders to raise standards across the faculty
About You
- Holds QTS/QTLS (or equivalent)
- An experienced Maths teacher with strong subject knowledge across KS3-KS4 (KS5 desirable)
- Ready to take on or develop further leadership responsibilities
- Passionate about raising attainment and closing gaps in achievement
- Confident in curriculum planning, assessment, and data-driven improvement
- A collaborative team leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Committed to inspiring confidence, curiosity, and achievement in Mathematics
