Art Technician - Wellingborough Area
Full-Time / Part-Time Available

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a creative and organised Art Technician to support a vibrant secondary school in the Wellingborough area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for art and design who enjoys working in an educational environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Art Department by preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and helping create an inspiring learning environment for students.
The Role:
- Preparing and setting up materials and equipment for Art lessons
- Supporting teachers and students during practical sessions
- Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies where required
- Ensuring the art rooms and storage areas are organised, clean, and safe
- Assisting with classroom displays and exhibitions of student work
- Supporting health and safety procedures within the department
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working within an art, design, or educational setting
- Is creative, organised, and proactive
- Has good knowledge of art materials and equipment
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has strong communication and time-management skills
- A background in Art & Design is desirable
