Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in the Wellingborough area.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging English lessons that promote confidence, creativity, and academic achievement.
The Role:
- Planning and delivering high-quality English lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Teaching Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress
- Encouraging a love of reading, writing, and communication
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has experience teaching English within a secondary school setting
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
- Is passionate about student progress and achievement
- Can motivate and engage learners of all abilities
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
