Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in the Kettering area who are seeking a dedicated Languages Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Modern Foreign Languages teacher who can inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The school is looking for an enthusiastic practitioner with strong classroom management skills and the ability to create engaging, inclusive lessons that promote a love of languages.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Have experience teaching French and/or Spanish at secondary level

  • Be committed to raising attainment and supporting student progress

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Be able to build positive relationships with students and staff
