The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Support pupils with SEN, SEMH, or additional learning needs
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage student confidence, independence, and progress

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
• Are patient, adaptable, and proactive
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or are willing to obtain one
• Are passionate about supporting education and student development
