Your Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assist pupils with SEN, SEMH, autism, ADHD, or other additional needs
• Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support student progress

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:

• Have experience working with children or young people
• Are calm, patient, and adaptable
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are passionate about education and supporting learners
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one
