We are working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Daventry that is seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed educator who is passionate about helping pupils develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed both academically and personally.
The school is ideally looking to appoint on a permanent basis, although long-term opportunities may also be considered for the right candidate.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to maximise pupil outcomes
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities, events, and school initiatives
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 in a UK primary school setting
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- A motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
- Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
- Committed to raising standards and helping every child achieve their full potential
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply and will receive full support and mentoring
