We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Daventry that is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2026. About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected to achieve QTS by September 2026
  • Passionate about primary education and helping children reach their full potential
  • Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices
  • Enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to develop professionally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and proactive approach to classroom teaching and learning
  • Committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
