We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Daventry that is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2026. Opportunities are available across KS1 and KS2, making this an excellent chance to begin your teaching journey in a setting committed to nurturing and developing new teachers.

Role Highlights:

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS by September 2026

  • Passionate about primary education and committed to helping children achieve their best

  • Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies

  • Reflective, enthusiastic, and eager to develop professionally

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to classroom practice

  • Committed to creating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
