We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Daventry that is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2026. Opportunities are available across KS1 and KS2, making this an excellent chance to begin your teaching journey in a setting committed to nurturing and developing new teachers.

Role Highlights:
Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons with guidance and support from experienced colleagues
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all pupils can succeed
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development across the curriculum
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities
Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, using feedback to inform next steps in learning
Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence, resilience, and a growth mindset
Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, events, and school initiatives
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS by September 2026
Passionate about primary education and committed to helping children achieve their best
Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies
Reflective, enthusiastic, and eager to develop professionally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to classroom practice
Committed to creating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
