Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Functional Skills Maths Tutor to join a new Alternative Provision opening this October in Towcester.

You'll deliver engaging Functional Skills Maths lessons to small groups of students, adapting your teaching to meet a range of learning needs while helping learners build confidence in numeracy and everyday maths skills.

This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference within a supportive, student-focused environment where personalised learning is at the heart of everything.

You will:

• Deliver engaging Functional Skills Maths lessons.
• Differentiate learning for individual needs.

We're Looking For

• Experience teaching Maths or Functional Skills.
• A teaching qualification is desirable, although experienced tutors will also be considered.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for helping young people achieve.
