Previous school experience is welcomed but not essential. We're looking for enthusiastic, patient and caring individuals who want to make a real difference to the lives of young people.

Your Role

• Support students in lessons and around the centre.
• Build positive relationships and encourage engagement.
• Help create a calm and inclusive learning environment.
• Work alongside teachers to support learning and behaviour.
• Assist with pastoral care and student wellbeing.
