As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students across a range of subjects, providing academic support and helping to create a positive learning environment. The role is particularly suited to graduates who are considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or pastoral support.

Your role will include:

• Supporting students in lessons to maximise engagement and progress.

• Delivering one-to-one and small-group intervention sessions.

• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.

• Encouraging positive behaviour and strong learning habits.

• Providing additional support to pupils with varying learning needs.

• Helping students build confidence both academically and socially.
