Level 3 Teaching Assistant Required - Kettering

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Kettering.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and pupils across the school, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teaching and learning within the classroom

• Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups

• Assist with planning and preparing learning activities

• Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities

• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons

• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents where appropriate

• Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

• Has previous experience working within a primary school setting

• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting pupil progress

• Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices

• Can work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
