We are seeking enthusiastic teachers who are committed to helping children and young people with additional needs achieve their full potential. You'll be working with students with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, speech and language difficulties, and other complex learning needs.

The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Support students' academic, emotional and social development.
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, SENCOs and parents.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise outcomes.
• Promote positive behaviour and celebrate every achievement.

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs is desirable, although teachers looking to transition from mainstream education are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• A patient, resilient and compassionate approach.
• A genuine passion for making a positive difference to young people's lives.
