Whether you're an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, a graduate considering a career in education, or someone with transferable experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals, we'd love to hear from you.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Working closely with teachers and SENCOs, you'll provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and other learning differences. Your support could be delivered on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or within the classroom, depending on each school's requirements.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• Demonstrate patience, empathy and excellent communication skills
• Are proactive, adaptable and committed to supporting every child's individual needs
• Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
