As an HLTA, you'll play an essential role in supporting teaching and learning across a range of year groups. Working alongside class teachers and school leaders, you'll deliver high-quality interventions, lead lessons in the teacher's absence, and provide tailored support to help pupils reach their full potential. Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum when required
• Supporting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Leading small group and one-to-one interventions to raise attainment
• Providing targeted support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
• Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold HLTA status or have significant experience in a similar role
• Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Are confident leading whole-class learning independently
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
• Are adaptable, proactive and committed to helping every child succeed
• Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
