Class Teacher

We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Kettering that is seeking an enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher who is passionate about inspiring young learners and helping every child reach their full potential.
The school is looking to appoint a talented teacher on a permanent basis and welcomes applications from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) alike.
Role Highlights:
Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
Foster strong academic progress while supporting pupils' social and emotional development
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing effective feedback and support
Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence, confidence, and resilience
Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support pupil achievement
Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, trips, and school events
Support the school's commitment to high standards, inclusion, and continuous improvement
About You:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
✔ Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
✔ Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
✔ A nurturing, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
✔ Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality education and raising pupil outcomes
✔ The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
✔ Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply and will be fully supported
