As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

  • Assisting the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons.

  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Supporting students with additional learning needs where required.

  • Promoting positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom.

  • Assisting with classroom preparation and administrative tasks.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people.

  • A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development.

  • A willingness to undertake safeguarding training and follow school policies.

  • Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
