Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisors to support a range of friendly and welcoming schools across Kettering.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to play an important role in ensuring pupils have a safe, happy, and enjoyable lunchtime experience.
The Role
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Supervising pupils during lunch breaks in the dining hall and outdoor play areas.
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting respectful interactions between pupils.
Supporting children with their lunchtime routines where required.
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils throughout the lunch period.
Assisting with minor first aid incidents and reporting any concerns to school staff.
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and enjoyable lunchtime environment.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who:
Enjoy working with children and young people.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Are patient, approachable, and reliable.
Can confidently manage groups of children in a calm and positive manner.
Are able to work effectively as part of a school team.
Hold, or are willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check.
