The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or will achieve QTS before September.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• Has strong classroom management skills and high expectations for pupil achievement.
• Is committed to supporting the academic and personal development of every child.
• ECTs are encouraged to apply and will receive excellent mentoring and support.
