You'll work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning experiences, provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

The Role

• Support the Year 2 class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.
• Deliver targeted interventions for individuals and small groups.
• Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Assist with the preparation of engaging learning resources and classroom displays.
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within Key Stage 1.
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
