Humanities Teacher - Corby
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in the Corby area. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who can inspire students across subjects such as History, Geography, and Religious Studies while fostering curiosity about the world around them.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and a deeper understanding of historical, geographical, and cultural issues.
The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Humanities lessons.
Teach a broad Humanities curriculum across KS3 and KS4.
Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Contribute to the wider Humanities department and school community.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Humanities subjects within a secondary school setting.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
A passion for education and raising student achievement.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
