  • Support children with additional needs where appropriate, working alongside the wider school team

  • Assist with planning, preparing, and organising learning resources and classroom activities

  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage children's confidence and independence

  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive Early Years team

Who We're Looking For:

  • A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2, Level 3, or equivalent)

  • Experience working within a nursery, preschool, Reception class, or other EYFS setting

  • A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework

  • A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach to supporting young children

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and isn't afraid to get involved in creative, hands-on learning experiences

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

  • Full-time maternity cover opportunity starting September 2026

  • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications

  • A welcoming and child-centred Early Years setting

  • A friendly, supportive team that values collaboration and shared success

  • Access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities
