Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher for a school in Rushden, starting in September.

The school is looking for a teacher who can create a positive classroom culture, deliver engaging lessons and provide pupils with the support and challenge they need as they progress through Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering well-structured lessons across the Year 5 curriculum
• Building positive relationships with pupils and encouraging a strong attitude towards learning
• Assessing progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom expectations
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support pupils' wider development

You will be an enthusiastic and reliable teacher who is confident in the classroom and passionate about helping children achieve their best. The school is open to applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs.

The position will begin in September on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for the right candidate.
