Full-Time KS1 Teacher - Salford
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated full-time KS1 Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Salford, starting ASAP, with the potential for the position to become long-term for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be joining a supportive team and teaching within Key Stage 1, helping pupils develop strong foundations in reading, writing and Maths. Previous experience delivering Read Write Inc. is essential, alongside a confident understanding of systematic phonics teaching. You will need to be comfortable leading daily phonics sessions, supporting early reading development and using assessment to identify and address gaps in pupils' learning.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
Have practical experience delivering Read Write Inc.
Have a strong understanding of phonics and early reading development.
Be confident planning engaging lessons and adapting learning to meet pupils' needs.
Have strong classroom management skills and high expectations.
Be available to start ASAP and open to a long-term opportunity.
