Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a range of welcoming and inclusive schools across Corby seeking committed SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children who require additional support to reach their full potential. You will be working either on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, supporting students with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working with children with SEND (in a school or care setting)

  • Be patient, resilient, and nurturing

  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills

  • Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
